For those of you keeping score at home, Amanda is four-ish years older than Andie, and – apparently – they grew up in the same fictional town in northern Washington.

Oh, my… they grew up together? That puts a whole new spin on things…
“I’M TELLING!”
Amanda just gets cooler and cooler. She has elf ears!
Sporkman’s reason for not being the hero and stopping Andie from pyromania: he had to take a leak behind that tree and got his zipper stuck.
I think it’s a little very late to reply, but, I think sporkman lacks anything to get stuck on a zipper, o even the nesecity to open the zipper at all
Oh, joy. ^^; Now Amanda has two fertility goddesses who want to see her suffer and die. And she doesn’t have a dim superhero on hand anymore to protect her from the worst things Andie and/or Mary Elizabeth could do to her…
Did anyone else just have an odd vision of Andie as a ‘creepy child’ from a horror movie?
Sporkman!
I was just about to comment when– holy shit creepy mask guy in panel 3!
Totally missed that the first time I read the strip.
Also, I think Andie might have had some issues as a child ^_~
Understatement of the year; parents murdered by her stepfather, among other things, so issues are a given.
As for ‘creepy mask guy’… Sporkman can be a bit creepy, can’t he just. ^^
I read it and immediately wanted to “like” it. I was then distraught that I could not, as this is not Facebook, until I realized that there IS a ‘like’ button and I COULD click it! SO pleased!!!
Haha, thanks! My Facebook updates aren’t automated, but this is there now: http://www.facebook.com/MaryElizabethsSock
‘Course, the little Like button here works just fine too.
