    really hoping for ‘Could you ask him to do a favour for me? My daughter has got this odd ‘Revenge against her father as a result of a small issue,’ and I’d like to procure his services to find her, before she does something too rash

    Hmm. Jim is interested for some reason in Basil. Is this because he is concerned for Mary Elizabeth, or is he trying to distance Mary Elizabeth to give Andy a shot at the title?

    Oh no, gasp, perhaps (DUN DUN DUNNNNN) he is really Basil’s father? I know I’ve seen that plot device before, somewhere…

    I love how she’s just like “yo mister superintendent, I’ma gonna tell you ALL about my sex life”. Next comic’s first line being anything other than shocked/dithering supervillain will make me so sad…
