In other news, yay Kickstarter! So glad we’re finally going to get to see MESS in print.
Is he really happy he doesn’t have to share, or does he just want to brag?
I’m sure the ladies would disagree about Basil’s smokin’ status.
Don’t know if this was on purpose, but I think it’s awesome that the background goes away once they step outside.
I know it’s happened inside before, but I just like the idea that it disappears whenever the characters are completely focused on each other. At least, that’s my interpretation of it
I’ve just become increasingly fond of “open panels,” as we call them, and have started plugging them into more and more strips where it looks appropriate.
Like I said, I think it’s awesome.
The comic wouldn’t be the same if it wasn’t adapting to what you think is fun to do!
The Mayor has a concave profile. I don’t think this means anything, but I want it to.
In panel 2, for a second I thought the mayor was giving me the finger
I don’t think there’s much semiotic difference between smoking a cigar and giving the finger to everyone who happens to be in range.
I’m guessuing that means you are not a fan of Bill Clinton.
