Finally! I got through all the LB and MESS archives & comments. Now for Sporkman. John, you are quite a talent – and I’ve been reading comics for 65+ years now (not so long on the web though).
Yeah, I think Basil is the guy that went that-a-way, but I don’t know. I feel like I missed a strip between this one and the last one, but I didn’t — I looked.
THE MOST ADORABLE THING TROUTMAN HAS EVER DRAWN
I assume he was too distracted by the view down her shirt to run.
What? It’s a nice view.
I got the impression she was attack hugging Amanda for letting her go that-a-way (especially since the characters list just lists the two of them).
Guess we’ll really just have to wait until the next strip to see which.
Oops. I put my reply in the wrong place. Should be here.
I’m going to pretend this is the comment it’s pretending to be, so as to make conversation as confusing as possible.
Basil was the one who asked Amanda what she saw in the last panel, so I’m pretty sure it’s not Basil who went that-a-way. I’m pretty sure what she last comic was the guy who went that-a-way.
Well, that made everything clear…I think…
